I just wanted to drop you a quick email to say thank you for your great customer service during our recent purchase of tiles for our bathroom and en-suite. Due to a mix up between myself and my builder I needed to order additional boxes of tiles. You were particularly helpful and were able to arrange a next day delivery which meant that work could progress without disruption.
