“Although quite a distance from where I live in Dagenham this was well worth the visit to Maldon. This company had been recommended to me by my kitchen fitter. Glynn from TTW visited me at home with a sample of my kitchen doors, work top and a selection of tiles. I chose my wall tiles but I wanted to visit the warehouse just to make sure (this says more about me than their expertise!). When I visited I took a worktop and door sample. I was given my wall tile choice and was still happy with that but set to looking for floor tiles. I spent over an hour sorting through samples. Help was offered but when I asked for a space to plant my worktop and door and the chance to browse and move samples around I was left alone to do so. After a time and a whittled down choice of four. I went off for a walk around the pretty quaint town, had my lunch and went back to make my final choice. No one batted and eyelid at my strange shopping technique and I appreciated the opportunity to take my time. Phil came and fitted my tiles over the hottest period this summer. He made an excellent job of it and was a clean and efficient worker. There had been problem with the rest of my kitchen fit and the job had to be completed in two halves. Even this did not phase this company. They were a delight to do business with even when there were problems that were not of their making. Their main concern was that I, the customer, was happy with the results. I am not the best photographer and obviously the tiles I chose would not be to everyone’s taste but the choice available is extensive and the service quality, value and skills are excellent.
