Thought you would like to know how pleased Chris
and I are with the fantastic tiling Phil did in our kitchen just before
Christmas. I meant to do this earlier but as you can imagine it's been
pretty hectic getting everything straight and Christmas to deal with too.
However, the kitchen is looking great now that it's finished;
the floor is fantastic. Do please say thank you to Phil for me especially as
he was feeling really poorly when he was doing it, but just soldiered on.

In reply to your letter of early February, we
would like to thank you very much for the recent tiling work carried out at
our house.
We were very pleased with the high standard of work of the finished rooms
(kitchen/bathroom walls/hall & kitchen floor), and more than happy with
Grahams work and general tidiness.
We will have no hesitation in recommending you to friends and family should
they require any tiling in the future.
Graham is actually coming back to lay approximately a dozen tiles in our
downstairs washroom as the room wasn't quite ready at the time, due to
plumbing problems.

We had a new kitchen fitted in October 2003 and
were recommended by Coles to have The Tile Warehouse to do the tiling. We
were also told to ask for Phil as he was the 'best'. Since then, Phil has
returned to tile our cloakroom and also our hall floor. We felt we had to
write to express our satisfaction with the end result and also the service
in which we received from start to finish.
